Hey, this is my web site and I think that Dim Sum is great for brunch. If Harbor City is too full, then go to the Jade Garden; its about 100' away. Harbor City is smaller and more cozy. They also open a bit earlier than Jade Garden does (30 minutes earlier).

Crown Hill area (aka North Ballard). Restaurant in a house. Been here many times. Not an attractive website but the food is quite good. The Tables are tiny as is the waiting room.
